We offer shipping of online purchases to Pakistani addresses only at this time. We use Trax/TCS/Transfx couriers at the moment for cash on delivery services and personal rider to ship your package.

Please note we ship Monday-Saturday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not shipped on Sunday.

When you place an order with Bloomyaura, you will receive an order confirmation via Text message/ Call. We provides you a tracking number so that you can track your order by your ownself. Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase due to product leakage, quality issues or any. Email us promptly at info@bloomyaura.com or directly reach our number 042-37117101. We will required proof of damage or concerning issues in the form of pictures.

Please Note: We can only accept Bloomyaura’s products directly purchased through our store. We cannot accept products purchased from a third-party retailers. Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

If our product is damage or leak we provides you return label so that you can easily send our product back to us without any cost.

The return must be within 7 days of the original ship date on your invoice.

We will notify you via email/text once your refund/exchange has been processed.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from receipt of returned items to process a return.
